The Landings is a full service resort! Our two, three, and four bedroom cottages feature complete kitchen, microwave, full bath, cable TV, high speed internet, picnic table, deck and firepit. We offer fishing boat rentals, a fish cleaning house with lights and running water, a full service marina with gas and oil and a mechanic on call, a convenience store, bait and tackle, launching facilities, and 20 & 40 ft boat slips.

The Landings Resort and Marina is located in Indian River, Michigan, right on the Indian River, between Mullet Lake and Burt Lake. When you stay with us you'll have your boat in the water before you know it! The Landings is your headquarters for fun on the water. The fishing is great year round and summer boating is excellent. We are also located near Mackinac Island, Fort Michilimackinac, the Cross In the Woods Shrine, the Petoskey Gas Light Shopping District, as well as numerous golf courses and snowmobile trails.
